Our new platform supports ONLY the following browsers: Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari. Also, the system requires these minimum settings: 128-bit encryption, cookies supported, and JavaScript enabled.
Many third-party apps maintain a list of approved URLs for each of their customers' financial institutions. The direct URL to our online banking platform has changed and is now https://my.ctelco.org/. In many cases, these companies use a less secure method called “screen scraping” technology to gather and aggregate your data from our system. Periodically, we make security enhancements to our online banking system to protect our members’ information. These updates can affect the ability of these providers to collect your data. The third-party app must also keep its security settings up to date to continually retrieve your account data with us. CTFCU does not monitor nor guarantee the connection of third-party apps to our online banking. We suggest that affected members reach out directly to their app’s customer support with any issues.
Remember: Our members can now establish budgets, see their external account balances, and transfer funds, all from within CTFCU’s new online banking platform.

- Click on the "Transfer & Pay" tab
- Click on "Transfer & Loan Payments"
- Click on the "More Actions" tab
