Member Rewards Program

¹Relationship Level will be assigned each month automatically, on the last day of the month.

The Member Rewards falls per member number and the accounts and loans under that number. 

²New Loan Discount only applicable to fixed-rate loans; excludes Mortgages, HELOCs, Credit Cards, and Lines of Credit.

³New CD Bonus does not apply to special CD Rate offerings.

⁴New Mortgage Loan Origination Fee Discounts must be manually calculated and adjusted at origination.

⁵Paper Statement Fee will be waived for members age 65+ or under age 18.

⁶NSF/Courtesy Pay Fee will charge to the member’s account and then refund with a comment indicating “WAIVED”.

⁸Active Rewards Checking is defined as 12 debit card transactions, enrolled in e-statements, and one direct deposit, ACH draft, or Bill Payment in a monthly cycle.

⁹Active Checking is defined as five (5) debit card transactions and one direct deposit in a monthly cycle.

Note: New HELOC Closing Bonus will be credited to the eligible member’s account within 30 days after the loan is originated.

This promotion only applies to new CTFCU members who open a new credit union membership between June 1, 2023, and August 31, 2023. All new members who join the credit union during the promotional period will be automatically enrolled in the Member Rewards program at an “Elite” relationship level for one year. After this initial one-year period expires, the Member Rewards level will automatically adjust to the relationship level matching the membership account activity. The following accounts and situations are excluded from this promotion: Minor, Representative Payee, Trust, Commercial, or Estate Accounts.
