Many account transactions can be conducted through online banking, mobile banking, and ATMs. Utilizing our remote options can provide quicker account access and help us in providing better service to members who need to visit us in person.
Online/ Mobile Banking
Many basic account related transactions can be easily conducted online:
- Remote Check Deposit (through our mobile app only)
- Balance inquiries
- Funds transfers
- Bill Pay
- Account requests
- Applying for a loan
- Opening an account

ATMs
CTFCU ATMs are available for members to conduct the following transactions at each of our branch locations:
- Paper Check Deposits
- Balance inquiries
- Funds transfers
- Cash Withdrawals
Those who do not currently have a Debit to access our ATMs can contact us at 1-800-622-5305 to order one. Once ordered, members can visit one of our branch locations to receive a temporary debit card to use in the interim.
As always, our Call Center and E-Branch staff are available to continually serve our members remotely. We also understand there may be instances where our members find themselves facing financial difficulties.
