We offer many options to assist you in making your Carolinas Telco Federal Credit Union (CTFCU) loan payment conveniently and on-time.
- Enroll in Bill Payer (available through online banking)
- Electronic Transfer from your CTFCU Share Draft or Share Savings (available through online banking)
- ACH auto deduction from another financial institution (Service fees* apply)
- Use your credit or debit card from an outside financial institution (see information below – service fees* apply)
*Service fees are applicable when using making CTFCU consumer loan payments (excluding credit cards and first mortgages originated after 1/1/2013) on a one-time or recurring basis using your credit or debit card from another financial institution or an ACH (Automated Clearing House)
You may also make your loan payment using your checking or savings account from another financial institution via an ACH (Automated Clearing House) transaction. We make this service available by phone or online. There are fees* associated with using this service.
Loan Payment Disclosures Expand *The use of these services requires a processing fee(s). You can choose to make a one-time payment or establish a recurring payment. Any additional payments (in excess of the amount due) made towards your loan (up to the $4,000 maximum) will be applied towards the loan’s principal amount owed. You will receive an email confirmation of payment for your records. To use this loan payment service you must enter the (6 digit member number followed by the last three (3) digits of the loan ID.) For example, if your Member Number is 123456 and your Loan ID shows as L002 in your online banking or on your statement), you would enter 123456-002 in the box below. If making your last payment, or needing a payoff amount for your loan, please contact us first for the payment amount and details by calling us at 704-391-5600 or 1-800-622-5305 (Monday – Friday between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.).
Payment posting schedule
Payments made before 7 p.m. EST, Monday – Friday (except on Federal holidays), will post to your account on the following business day. Payments made after 7 p.m. EST, Monday – Friday (except on Federal holidays), will post to your account two (2) business days later. CTFCU is not responsible for late payments; late fees may apply in accordance with the terms of your loan. The fee(s) paid will depend on the method (debit/credit card or ACH payment) and amount ($4,000 max.) of the payment(s).

- $0 – $500: $10 fee
- $501 – $2,000: $15 fee
- $2,001 – $4,000 (max. amount): $25 fee
For each ACH Payment made with a checking or savings account:
- $0 – $4,000 (max. amount): $5 fee
Any additional payments (in excess of the amount due) made towards your loan (up to the $4,000 maximum) will be applied towards the loan’s principal amount owed (see payment posting schedule above).
